About the Library

The James F. Lincoln Library or simply, Lincoln Library, was designed by Victor F. Christ-Janer, an American architect who helped define the Modernist architectural movement and won an award for the design of this LEC building. The library is where students study surrounded by approximately 40,000 books and other materials, and it houses the College’s history in its archives. Here, students can access the Educational Media Center, Academic Learning Center, Math Lab and Writing Center. They also have access to computers and electronic resources, as well as borrowed materials from colleges and universities throughout Ohio. In addition to the two computer labs, one a full Mac lab for our Visual Communication & Graphic Design majors, students can now enjoy their favorite coffee, drinks and snacks at the often-frequented Lincoln Lounge.
